Delivery time for regular documents: Any document of not more than 5,000 characters may be delivered within one working day, and any document of not more than 10,000 characters within 3 working days.
The time of delivery for large documents will be calculated based on 5,000 characters per day. We are able to meet any urgent need, and have the record of processing 100,000 characters a day. In case of urgent translation, we will collect a surcharge of 30%-60% of the full contract price depending on the degree of urgency.
